Mold Agreement
1. The ownership of the storage molds belongs to the buyer, the Seller cannot copy or imitate the molds for itself or for others without written permission of the buyer.
2. The Seller should inspect the sample which is produced by the storage mold to determine whether the molds fit with the engineering drawings and specification from the buyer.The Seller will start mass production after receiving the confirmation or acceptance from the buyer.
3. If the seller uses the storage mold to process,produce the products to sell to any person other than the buyer without the written permission of the buyer,the seller should pay the buyer of its production and resale value of ten times the penalty.
4. The buyer can take back he storage molds at any time.The Seller should not detain them for any reason or from the date that the buyer required to take back the molds, each overdue day, the seller shall pay the penalty of 25% of total molds cost to buyer .
5. The seller will hold the molds for us for a minimum of five years.
